Jim Hoette, LEED AP Project Manager
Jim Hoette graduated from the University of Missouri — Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 1998. Jim has worked for St. Louis based General Contractors since 1999 and has been a Project Manager with LANDCO Construction since 2004. Jim has successfully estimated and managed projects from tenant renovations to new multi-story buildings for commercial offices and medical facilities. In 2006, Jim received his Healthcare Construction Certificate from the American Society for Healthcare Engineering. In 2008, Jim was qualified as a LEED Accredited Professional by the Green Building Certification Institute.
